Who says family sessions can only be when the weather is nice out? The H family wanted to do their session while visiting family in North Carolina for the holidays. Don’t get me wrong, outdoor sessions are doable in December here, but with a baby and a limited schedule we decided to go with an at home session. And besides, I love the personal touch that at home sessions have – so personal and warm, as was the H Family!
Mackenzie made her 5 month debut with all the yumminess that her age embodies – her budding personality, lots of smiles, and sweet affection for mommy and daddy. She is as sweet as they come and photographing her was a breeze. Her big sister, Abbie, took a bit to warm up, which is pretty typical for two years old but once we got started I loved playing games with her and watching her. I adore the softness of her features and THAT HAIR. It’s absolutely GORGEOUS.
H family, thanks for a great post Christmas morning. You were wonderful and are a truly beautiful family. Enjoy this special time in your lives – it will flash by in the blink of an eye.
