The motivation behind this vintage styled family photo session was to recreate the tone of their most treasured heirlooms: family photo albums that have been passed down for generations. Their ancestry is deeply rooted in cotton farming and modest living, something that they hold very dear, so it was important to pay homage to their family history but without looking unnatural or staged.
Mom is pregnant with baby number four and instead of doing a maternity session focused on her, she wanted the focus to be on her entire growing family at this time in their lives.
I love the personal meaning behind this session and am truly honored to help them add their own book to their family heirloom collection.
I am honored to be a witness to these special moments.
My custom photography approach starts with getting to know you, and fostering a relaxed and enjoyable environment. I’m there to help with every step of the process, from location selection to wardrobe styling and gallery wall design. Each finished piece is more than just a photograph—it is fine art that will be cherished forever.
